Tina the optician and Kerry who helped me choose my glasses were both excellent in every way. However I found that Boots were not at all transparent in their pricing and didn't even have a simple pricing guide in the Hastings branch. This made it much more difficult for me to chose my glasses and led to my original quote being twice the price of Specsavers.
